We want you to feel confident in every synaworld purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve designed our return process to be as straightforward as possible.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Complete with all original tags and packaging.
- Sent back to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Note: Due to the nature of limited-run streetwear and handmade items, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or alterations.
How to Start a Return
- Send an email to info@synaworld-official.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order on [Website URL]. This ensures the item you want doesn’t sell out while your return is in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake or your item arrived with a defect, we’ll make it right immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
